Hi Ya'll. Had to come here to turn off freaking annoying notifications. I was trying to ignore this place big time! Diet is going so so. Gained at least 10 lbs in Italy, but work and life has been crazy lately. Italy was amazing. I had the Capri cake as suggested, even a chocolate version. I had some Neapolitan Pastries that were basically rolls with baked in cheese and pork meats. It was incredible. I had tons of pizza, but the highlight was a multi course meal at a place called La Fattoria. Riding is picking up, and getting back into a routine. I think everything is gonna be alright. Several points of my life are going very well, so I am not too concerned about weight loss right now. I do miss you guys. Maybe I will come back around more frequently.
